Turnaround time can vary: up to 2-8 weeks (once your doll house is complete we will have this dispatched within 2-7 days (remaining balance should be paid within this time frame) we are unable to hold your doll house once complete. If unfortunately payment is not made within this allocated time, you will automatically be refunded. please also be mindful if you pay a deposit, your house may be complete just 2 weeks after.

WHATS INCLUDED Inside Stairs (wood). The Furniture can be purchased as an additional extra, Please note* the wooden people are not included.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO BUY FOR IT? You may want to purchase Lights (fairy battery operated lights which are around £3 and can be bought from your local supermarkets or amazon. Also miniature people (Sylvanian families are a great fit, they can be purchased from Smyths and other toy stores).
PERSONALISATION The Doll Houses are sold as seen with your choice of Letter for the top (S shown on the listing image). No letter for personalisation is also a option.

DELIVERY (In - House courier) We can offer delivery straight to your door step using our in-house courier, this is for postcodes within England and Wales. (doll houses are not boxes up)
A safely guaranteed delivery and same day dispatch. Our In - House courier will provide you with the best service, with updates upon arrival and estimated time slots.
Scotland orders, may need a postal courier (DHL Express) due to long travel times. Please also bare in mind the weight of this parcel is approx 15kg (heavy goods)

While we can't guarantee replacements for issues reported after two days, we're confident in our careful handling and eager to support you every step of the way.
LIVERPOOL DELIVERY You live within the Liverpool area? we can hand deliver your doll house straight to your door. Liverpool Postcodes only £20
COLLECTION You can collect your order, we are based Liverpool. We can work around what time suits you!
TRANSACTION (two options available) Option 1: A non refundable deposit of £90 ; you will PAY the remaining balance once complete, you will be contacted via email with the following information including BT details or cash on collection. Option 2: Pay the full amount, you will be contacted prior to delivery, including dispatch/expected dates.
