They are sold as seen with your choice of Letter for the top personalisation (S shown on the listing image).

DELIVERY (USING A POSTAL COURIER) We can offer a delivery on your order using Royal Mail. But we would need to know your POSTCODE before ordering, advised by Royal Mail - some areas are restricted within the Christmas Period. So please contact us beforehand.

LOCAL DELIVERY We can hand deliver your doll house for you, if you are within the Liverpool / Manchester / Wirral / Merseyside / Lancashire area. (Also other areas but please let us know before ordering). (fee applies)

COLLECTION You can collect your order, we are based Liverpool. We can work around what time suits you! (we highly recommend collecting your order) 

TRANSACTION You will see only the deposit option of £90; you will PAY the remaining once complete (BT) or on collection. 
If you would like the FURNITURE INCLUDED £25 will be added onto your outstanding balance, and will be due when the remaining amount is to be paid. (Please leave a message in the notes section at checkout if you would like the furniture).

MATERIAL The frame of the doll house is made from wood. The windows/door other compartments are hard varnished plastic. 

INSIDE MATERIAL The inside is fully dressed, with real wallpaper and finishings such as photo frames; giving it that realistic house setting. 

WHATS INCLUDED? The Furniture can be purchased as an additional extra (£25), Please note* the wooden people are not included. 

WHAT WILL I NEED TO BUY FOR IT? Lights (I used fairy battery operated lights which are around £2-£3 and can be bought from home bargains/local supermarkets. Also miniature people (Sylvanian families are a great fit, can be found in Smyths and other toy stores).
