Refund policy

Our items are personalised and specifically made to order, therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty; or the mistake has been made on our part. 

In the unlikely event this happens, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted). Following this, we will redo your order and dispatch out as soon as possible. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the above occurs. (for doll house orders please refer to product listing)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

It is important to check any personalised information (text and images) are all correct before placing your order, as mistakes cannot be rectified once the product has been printed/made.
