Delivery

As all Tinkello products are 'made to order' deliveries could take up to 7-14 working days.

We use mainly Royal Mail, while both Evri and DPD postal services occasionally (all offer tracked postage). 

Delivery for DOLL HOUSES (In - House courier) We can offer delivery straight to your door step using our in-house courier, this is for postcodes within England, Scotland and Wales. 

A safely guaranteed delivery and same day dispatch. Our In - House courier will provide you with the best service, with updates upon arrival and estimated time slots. 

Please note* some areas within Scotland may need a postal courier due to long travel times. Please also bare in mind the weight of this parcel is approx 15kg (heavy goods) £75

Please read: We're here to help ensure your wooden doll house arrives in perfect condition. Please take a moment to inspect your delivery within two days of receiving it. If you notice any damage, get in touch with us right away—we're committed to making it right and will work directly with our courier to resolve the issue swiftly. Reporting damage within this two-day window allows us to act quickly on your behalf. We take pride in our secure packaging methods, designed to protect your piece throughout its journey. While we can't guarantee replacements for issues reported after two days, we're confident in our careful handling and eager to support you every step of the way.

Collection

We offer collections for all orders, once you have placed your order for local pickup, we will notify you once your order is ready, along with available pick up date/times etc.
